Advanced HR Home page

The Advanced HR Home page has been redesigned allowing for easier navigation and usability:

We have incorporated some key improvements to the new home page as follows:

  1. Where you have manager responsibilities for a team, the team members are now displayed in a full width banner at the top of the screen, to make viewing them easier:
  2. You will notice where an employee is absent, there is a new chip visible to indicate that the employee is absent on that day, these are dependant on the absence codes used in your organisation:
  3. A new Tasks option is visible on the top navigation bar, this is to display any outstanding tasks you need to complete:
    1. Selecting Tasks will open the following page, allowing you to select a task(s) to run:
  4. Clicking on your profile, accessed from the top right of the page, provides you with a number of options:
    1. You can click to View employee record, this will take you directly to your employee record
    2. You can switch on your Out of Office, any new tasks will be sent to the person you have configured to receive these in your absence:
      1. This can be configured via System Manager -> Configuration -> Workflow Configuration -> Out of Office Delegation:
    1. We have introduced a new feature - Dark Mode, turning this on will switch the contrast to a dark theme for users that prefer a darker contrast that better suits their vision, you can switch this back to the default Light mode by toggling this feature back off within the Profile drawer:
