Files uploaded via a batch job

When uploading a file via a batch job you will notice various changes along the way, as we have introduced new messaging and notifications as well as displaying what the status of the file scan is for any files that are uploaded.

When starting a batch job you are presented with the following message -

Clicking 'Run batch job' will start the batch job process as well as the uploading of the file you have included in the batch job, you will notice a Batch Job dialogue at the bottom right of your screen displaying the status of the batch job as 'Batch Progress' and the status of the file you are uploading as 'Uploading' -

It will continue to display the 'Batch progress' status but the status of the file you are uploading will change to 'Scanning' -

If the Batch job completes successfully, meaning the batch job progress is complete as well as the file you uploaded has being scanned for malware and no issues were found, the status will change to 'Complete' and you can click the 'View details' button -

The details are presented in a pop up as follows, click 'Dismiss' to dismiss the details -

If the Batch job completes with errors, this could either mean there are issues with the batch job itself or with the file you have uploaded, the status will change to 'Complete with errors' and you can click the 'View details' button -

If there are issues with the batch job itself the details will explain what the issue is, click 'Dismiss' to dismiss the details -

If there are issues with the file that has been uploaded and the file scan has found issues during the scan, the file will not be saved and the details are presented as follows, click 'Dismiss' to dismiss the details, you will also receive an email containing further details of what you should do next -
