Uploading a file as part of a record

When uploading a file or a document as part of a record, you will notice this process now looks slightly different in terms of the options you are provided with.

The button to upload a file or document is now presented in the following way 'Add file' -

Selecting 'Add file' presents a pop up where you can 'choose a file' from a location of your choice, clicking 'Close' once the file is uploaded -

The button in the record will then be visible as 'View file' -

Click 'Save' to save any changes you have made -

When you click 'Save' you will notice a new notification to make you aware the document is being scanned for malware -

If you try to view a document that is in the process of being scanned you will be presented with the following message -

If a file you have uploaded is found to have an issue during the file scan, you will be presented with the following message, as well as an email containing further details of what you should do next -
