This page contains details of the significant improvements introduced to the Advanced HR interface and made available from the 9th March 2023.

Improved interface of Advanced HR

What have we done?

We have refreshed, modernised and improved the overall user interface of Advanced HR.

Why have we done this?

We have reviewed the feedback received via the survey we surface to all users of Advanced HR every six months. Based on the responses from customers we have made the system more intuitive to use, improved accessibility (for different visual requirements) and increased the responsiveness too (for mobile users).

How will you benefit?

It's now more intuitive to navigate around the system with a simplified layout and new features to enhance use of Advanced HR whether you are in hr, a manager or an employee.

Details of the change

We have completely refreshed Advanced HR and consolidated all main menu options into one left-hand side navigation bar (in line with many modern applications) and renamed some menu options too to provide more clarity.
