Ethos

HR Managers can perform any HR task

  • They have access to all their own data and normal employee functionality
  • Ability to perform large scale data amendments en masse
  • Able to configure the parameters that define system operation
    (Such as system settings, leave policies, and authorisation routes for requests)
  • Access to system logs and queues for maintaining various automated processes

Key features

These are features that drive the HR manager experience

  1. Unrestricted data access

A HR manager is able to view and amend all data in Advanced HR, including diversity and equality data; and sensitive personnel such as Director records.

  1. Full access to all reports and utilities

HR managers can create as well as run all forms of reports and utilities

  1. Logs

HR managers get access to email logs, process and payroll queues.


Processes

The HR Manager persona can also maintain active workflows

  • Full access to all automated processes provided to any other persona groups.
  • The ability to enable/disable the New starter and Leaver processes.
  • Access to maintain the active processes through the Process log.
  • Able to create Batch Jobs.
  • Able to run the Year End process.

Data access

HR Managers can see and edit all data pertaining to employees or any other data set

  • Personnel records
  • Applicant records
  • Fleet records
  • Regional information
  • Lookup tables
  • System settings table

Reports

HR Managers get the same reports as HR Advisors, but with increased permissions

  • HR Advisors can run reports
  • HR Managers also have the ability to create, amend and delete reports
