This process contacts employees that have been selected to provide feedback as part of the appraisal process and asks them to provide feedback on the appraisee.

This process allows users to notify their manager of a request for Statutory parental bereavement leave. Once the notification is confirmed a statutory parental bereavement leave request can be submitted.
